Position: QA Lead (Automation)
Location: Hyderabad
Experience: 5-7yrs
Key requirements:
- Create and communicate an overall vision for quality within the company, setting goals and recommending organizational changes to achieve these goals.
- Create an environment conducive to continuous improvement and implement systems to support quality excellence.
- Focus quality initiatives on a proactive rather a reactive structure.
- Work with different technical teams such as Development, Operations, & Architecture to discuss test results and troubleshoot issues.
- Collaborate with technical team to build quality into the product/ service.
- Communicate effectively with business and project stakeholders at various levels to communicate Project test status and collaborate with various technical roles for effective test planning and execution.
- Coach & mentor the team on a regular basis.
