Roles and Responsibilities

● Designing QA frameworks & processes

● Defining, improving and implementing test processes and tools

● Hands-on planning, building, executing and maintaining automated and manual tests

● Experience in writing clear, concise and comprehensive test plans and test cases

● Familiarity with bug tracking tools

● Good understanding and working experience with CI/CD pipelines and process

● Provide the Manager with accurate and precise estimates for assigned task duration, along with confidence levels and foreseeable dependencies.

● Assist the Manager in preparing test plans & schedules and in the recruiting process.

● Provide technical guidance to junior-level Test Automation Engineer(s).

● Training, motivating, and coaching the QA team Skills Required:

● 3+ years of QA Management experience

● 8+ years of QA experience

● Excellent leadership, mentoring and interpersonal skills

● Experience with high scale, fast paced product company

● Excellent communication and collaboration skills

● Experience of Testing and Automating the responsive web applications (React, Angular.JS) and APIs

● Experience in UI automation, API automation and Performance testing using any open source tools.

● Proficient in coding using programming languages Java, JavaScript and Python.

● Hands-on experience using open source tools like WebDriver.io, Cypress, Selenium, Appium and Rest Assured is a must.

● Hands-on experience using JS related automation frameworks like Jest, Mocha, Jasmine and Java testing frameworks like TestNg and JUnit.

● Hands on experience using MS SQL Database
