Job Summary

The QA Manager will play a crucial role in ensuring the highest quality standards for our software products. This position involves leading a team of QA engineers to develop and implement comprehensive testing strategies, enhancing our testing processes through automation and manual testing methods. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in both automated and manual testing, driving quality assurance initiatives that align with the organization's goals.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor a team of QA engineers in executing testing strategies for software applications.
• Develop and maintain automated testing frameworks using tools such as Selenium and Java.
• Design and oversee the execution of manual testing efforts to ensure comprehensive coverage of system functionalities.
• Collaborate with product development teams to define testing requirements and quality metrics.
• Analyze testing results and provide actionable insights to improve product quality and development processes.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• 10 to 20 years of experience in software quality assurance, including substantial experience in both automation and manual testing.
• Strong expertise in Java programming and testing frameworks.
