Job Description:

• New models Quality (RAR-Run at rate, DRBFM, PRBFM)
• Standardization / 20 Basic Quality systems
• Vendor audits/ reviews
• Ability to handle QSR/ EFR/Warranty /IHR issues/ cases & monitor the same
• Control of IPO Documents
• Identify improvement points in process and make process more robust 
• Proficient in Electrical/ Electronic automotive vehicle system.
• Knowledge of vehicle powertrain and the interfaces arising out of electrification.
• Knowledge about automotive industry standards and regulations, applicable globally.
• having thorough knowledge in Electrical-Electromagnetic/Electronic parts, assemblies & its processes.
• Good understanding of all applicable standards/ regulations and their application
• Experience in quality systems of Electrical & Electronics   components for automotive application –

Electrical -Electromagnetic parts:  -Magneto, Starter motor, Wiper motor, Starter relay, Horn, tank units, spark plugs & HT coil, Wiring Harness, Switches

Electronics: Speedometers (Mech.+ Digital), Sensors

• Process review & upgradation of the process. Bench marking with similar parts, VA/ VE
• PFMEA
