Job Description

• Extensive knowledge on the QA aspects from the Plastic Pipe manufacturing industries especially from HDPE, PP-R & UPVC for minimum 6+ years’ experience as lead role and overall 8+ years’ of QA role.
• Able to conduct the inspection for incoming FG, Raw materials and In-house production lines for better output.
• Sound knowledge on DIN standards of and ability to improve the quality measures and efficiency of production.
• In depth knowledge of various plastic piping systems like PP-R, PP-R/Al/, HDPE, PP-B & PP-H & uPVC (Single & Multilayer) etc.
• Knowledge about Quality System certification such as  ISO 9001  ,ISO 14001 , BS OHAS 18001 & HACCP and Product Certifications such as DVGW-Germany & SKZ-Germany.
• Improve the product specifications enable suppliers to meet the standards of quality.
• Gauge keeping & calibration of all lab equipment in the factory as per the requirements and ensuring a smooth workflow
• Improving QC technicians & supervisor’s knowledge, general awareness & culture and ensuring efficient quality standards.
• Sound knowledge on metal and chemical composition of materials and to be able to improve the supplier’s quality on product and specification.
• Plans, coordinates, and directs quality control program designed to ensure continuous production of products consistent with established standards: Develops and analyzes statistical data and product specifications to determine present standards and establish proposed quality and reliability expectancy of finished product.
• May investigate and adjust customer complaints regarding quality.
• Devising and establishing a company's quality procedures, standards and specifications;
• Reviewing customer requirements and ensuring that they are met;
• Setting standards for quality as well as health and safety;
• Defining quality procedures in conjunction with operating staff;
• Setting up and maintaining controls and documentation procedures;
• Preparing clear explanatory documents such as customers' charters.
• Promoting quality achievement and performance improvement throughout the organization
