Quality Audit Expert

Location: Baoding (China)

The candidate will be responsible for

1. Reconstructing the quality management system and quality index system based on changes in the internal and external environment;
2. Lead the quality audit of vehicle-level, internal subsidiaries, and key external suppliers, diagnose business status, identify deficiencies, and provide suggestions for improvement;
3. Analyze the key improvement points of the quality management system, incorporate them into the project management, and establish a project to advance;
4. Knowledge transformation and application of quality management results.

Qualifications:
- Over 15 years of working experience in a car company, familiar with quality management business in the whole field of vehicle level and key parts research/supply/production/sales/service;
- Necessary abilities: audit, problem improvement, organizational, English communication;
- Job skills: have rich experience in quality management, and be proficient in industry quality management standards, flexibly apply auditing skills to independently conduct quality audits, and promote problem improvement;
- Tool skills: Proficiency in the application of quality tools.
