Our client is a leading multinational in the Manufacturing for the Farming Industry.

For their factory in Inofyta, they are looking for a ‘Quality Control Manager’.

Your Responsibilities:

• Drive and coordinate quality activities, and monitor quality control measures and testing standards during the production process.
• Review documentation and product protocols to ensure accuracy and completeness and to identify and moderate risks.
• Participate in Raw material validation.
• Develop and deploy manufacturing process controls to ensure that incoming and outgoing product quality meets established requirements.
• Evaluate and report customer claims.
• Monitor KPIs and process measurements for the QC department.
• Recommend corrective action requests as needed and track them to satisfactory completion.
• Oversee all assignments to quality department, including among others the establishment of clear objectives, the planning and scheduling of the department operation, data trending and analysis, training, reporting, etc.
• Identify and continually improve process effectiveness.
• Participate in and ensure continuous improvement projects and activities by coaching with a problem-solving approach and by following up on tasks and achievements.

Your Profile:

• University Degree in Chemical Engineering and/or in Polymer Science & Technology.
• 3-5 years of experience in the management of Quality Systems within a Manufacturing environment is a must.
• Experienced in managing People.

• Very strong English skills.

• Experienced in SAP is an asset.
