Our client is an international company that activates in the automotive sector and is looking for a Quality Engineer.

Quality Engineer

Your responsibilities:

• Process of customer complaints
• Coordination of documentation and PPAP products/parts
• Support for process audit, as well as for customer audit
• Analyzes and evaluates quality issues and approves them temporarily or permanently
• Checking parts, assemblies, and systems
• Process and monitor internal complaints in the quality department
• Identification of potential errors and their sources considering customer specifications and internal specifications
• Preparation of work instructions (e.g. visual checks, quality alerts, etc.)
• Initiation and maintenance of the continuous improvement process
• Usage of dedicated quality programs (e.g. CP, SPC, MSA, and problem-solving methodologies such as 8D process)
• Participate in the optimization and development of the Quality system
• Ensure the achievement of company and department objectives
• Close collaboration with the Quality Team
• Collaborates with the Engineer responsible for suppliers in order to solve any complaints from customers
• Perform risk analysis and analysis of quality indicators in the production area, preparing periodic reporting
• Preparation of the verification process and update of the verification and control plan
• Monitor and perform requalification based on process audit
• Monitor the implementation of internal specifications in the process

Your profile:

• Bachelor’s Degree in a relevant field
• A certificate in quality management represents an advantage
• Knowledge of quality and problem-solving methods such as FMEA, 8D, Ishikawa
• Qualification/ Specialization in QM/QS (IATF 16949); ISO 9001
