Job Description:

1) Subject matter expert for F&V, know the nuances for this business.

2) Drive quality function across the organization.

3) Monitor warehouse Operations and identify improvement opportunities.

4) Deep dive into key areas (affecting Business metrics) to identify areas of improvement.

5) Track and drive for continuous improvement across all defined Goals.

6) Shall actively be involved in RCA of customer complaints and initiating corrective/preventive actions through operations.

7) To maintain the Quality Audit metrics required to ensure the effectiveness of the new and the old processes.

8) To help in identifying the gaps in process and to suggest on the resolution of the gap / process improvement.
