A multinational company is looking for an experienced Quality Lead to join the team. With a minimum of 7 to 10 years of Quality experience within Food & Beverage or FMCGs industries, you will be responsible for overseeing and improving the quality standards of products and services. Your role will be pivotal in ensuring that our deliverables consistently meet and exceed customer expectations.
Key Responsibilities:

- Develop and implement quality assurance processes and procedures to ensure high-quality output
- Establish quality control protocols to identify defects, issues, and areas for improvement
- Ensure that HACCP plans for the site are developed and implemented to guarantee product safety by supporting HACCP workshops and activities.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to address quality concerns and drive continuous improvement
- Conduct regular quality audits, analyze data, and provide actionable insights to the team
- Monitor key performance indicators related to quality and drive initiatives to enhance overall quality standards
- Train, mentor, and support team members in quality assurance practices and principles
- Investigate customer complaints and implement corrective actions to prevent recurrence
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends, best practices, and technologies related to quality assurance
Skills and Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in a Chemical or Production Engineering
- Proven experience in a quality assurance role, in F&B or FMCG industries
- Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and identify trends
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with diverse teams
- Experience in leading quality improvement projects and initiatives
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities
- Certification in quality management (e.g., Six Sigma, Lean) is a plus
