Quality Manager (Food Stabilizers)

This role is focused on quality control, food safety, and regulatory compliance, ensuring that all products meet high industry standards. The Quality Manager will be responsible for quality checks, audits, documentation, and continuous improvement initiatives in the manufacturing process.
Responsibilities:
- Implement and manage quality control procedures for raw materials, in-process production, and finished goods.
- Conduct routine quality checks on stabilizers, including sensory, physical, and microbial testing.
- Ensure compliance with food safety regulations (HACCP, ISO, GMP, etc.) and maintain necessary certifications.
- Maintain accurate documentation of quality control results and implement corrective actions when needed.
- Collaborate with the R&D and production teams to address quality-related issues and optimize product consistency.
- Lead internal and external audits, ensuring compliance with customer and regulatory requirements.
- Train production staff on quality control best practices and food safety protocols.
- Investigate and resolve customer complaints related to product quality and implement preventive measures.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Food Science, Quality Management, or a related field.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in food quality control, quality assurance, or food safety.
- Strong understanding of HACCP, ISO standards, and GMP regulations.
- Experience conducting audits, risk assessments, and process improvements.
- Ability to analyze quality data and implement continuous improvement initiatives.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills.
- Fluency in English; additional languages are a plus.
