Job Description
Our Client is a leading Multinational Manufacturing company, offering technology solutions which support the Infrastructure.
For their growing operations in Northern Greece, they are looking for a ‘Quality Manager, Manufacturing’, with the responsibility to maintain, facilitate and ensure quality management and quality assurance.
Your Responsibilities:
- Ensure compliance to the applied standards for Quality Management (QMS), Environmental Management (EMS), and Occupational Health and Safety Management (OH&S)
- Ensure the promotion of awareness for quality and customer requirements throughout the organization
- Train and manage a team of quality control technicians
- Review customer requirements and make sure they are met, customer concern management and corrective action process
- Coordinate and supervise quality inspections for incoming-, inline- and outgoing-control
- Liaise with the external assessment body on all matters related to the external accreditation process (ISO, VDE, UL)
- Ensure control of documents and records within the scope of the QMS, EMS
- Perform internal audits and supplier audits
- Devise and establish a company's quality procedures, standards, and specifications
- Work with purchasing staff to establish quality requirements from external suppliers
- Make sure that manufacturing or production processes meet international and national standards
- Define quality procedures in conjunction with operating staff
- Set up and maintain controls and documentation procedures
- Measure performance and identify any areas of weakness, recommending and implementing improvements
Your Profile:
- Bachelor’s or Master degree in Electrical engineering, Automation Engineering or Electronics Engineering
- Minimum 4 years of working experience in quality assurance/quality management, certified specialist a strong plus
- Familiarity with management systems ISO 9001, ISO 14001, OHSAS 18001. IATF 16949:2016 and VDA experience with APQP, FMEA, SPC, MSA, PPAP, and Auditing from customers or third parties
- Experience with CE marking per EU legislation mainly on LVD, EMC, Machinery, Rail System with EU directives and RoHS/REACH/WEEE compliance
- Fluent in both English and Greek (excellent written and verbal communication skills)
