Location - Alwar, Rajasthan

Required experience - 10 -12 years

Experience in Quality, Testing of a company engaged in sheet metal heavy fabrication, machining, assembly and testing is a must.

Qualification - B.E. Mechanical/ Production

Job Description:-

• Understand customer needs and requirements to develop effective quality control processes
• Review specifications for products or processes as per Company requirements 
• Set requirements for raw material or intermediate products for suppliers and monitor their compliance
• Proven work experience as a Quality Assurance Specialist or similar role
• Deep knowledge of tools, methods and concepts of quality assurance
• Supervise inspectors, technicians and other staff and provide guidance and feedback

Job Requirements:-

• Proven Experience in Heavy Fabrication and Machining and Assembly/Testing.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Leadership ability.
• Outstanding organisational skills.
