Role Overview

We are looking for a Quality Manager to lead the quality assurance and food safety function within the production site.

This is a key position with direct impact on operational performance, compliance, and product integrity.

The role reports directly to senior management.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and oversee all quality systems across production

• Ensure compliance with:

  • IFS standards

  • HACCP

  • local and EU food safety regulations

• Lead:

  • internal audits

  • external audits

  • inspections

• Develop and improve:

  • quality procedures

  • monitoring and control systems

• Investigate:

  • deviations

  • root causes

  • corrective and preventive actions

• Collaborate closely with:

  • production

  • maintenance

  • cross-functional teams

• Maintain accurate documentation for:

  • audits

  • compliance

  • regulatory requirements

Candidate Profile

• Experience in quality management within food production

• Strong knowledge of:

  • IFS

  • HACCP

  • food safety systems

• Hands-on approach and comfortable working in a production environment

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

• Structured and detail-oriented

Requirements

• Proven experience in QA/QC roles within FMCG

• Experience managing audits and inspections

• Strong understanding of food safety and regulatory compliance

• Good documentation and reporting skills
