- Monitoring routine activities and ensure adherence to Quality parameters during execution of in-house processes
- Investigating and conducting the root causes of failures, seeking suggestions for improvements and implementing them to prevent recurrence of failures
- Liaising with supervisors and operators to ensure the smooth introduction of new products and processes and minimizing quality related issues
- Defining parameters for adherence to Quality systems for in-house Weld, Paint & Assembly processes to meet end customer expectations.
- In-time clearances of parts/products with inspection as per defined Quality plan/check list.

- Monitoring and Controlling PPM targets – Process , EOL, Customer
- Focusing efforts towards on eliminating/minimizing Customer / Field Defects
- Driving continuous improvement initiatives in the manufacturing processes to exceed customer expectations in product quality, cost, delivery; manufacturing efficiency and operational excellence.
- Collaborating with internal and external stake holders and provide support for related activities to ensure timely implementations of different projects by proactively extending necessary information and support
