Salary30.000 - 35.500Eur gross/yearLocationSibiu, RomaniaIndustryAutomotiveJob DescriptionWe are recruiting for our client, a growing manufacturing company in the automotive sector, for a Quality Specialist.This position has a critical deadline for key quality documentation and requires someone ready to take ownership from day one.
About the Role
- You will handle internal complaints, lead root cause analysis, and manage quality planning activities in line with IATF 16949 standards. You will also work on continuous improvement projects and ensure customer-specific requirements are met.
Must-Haves
- Proven experience in automotive quality assurance min. 2 years
- Familiarity with IATF 16949, 8D, Ishikawa, 5 Why, MSA, PFU.
- Ability to read and interpret technical drawings.
- Advanced English (German is a plus, but not a must).
- Proficiency in MS Office.
- Proactive, solution-oriented mindset with commitment to long-term collaboration.
- Ability to work under time pressure to meet strict project deadlines.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage internal complaints using the 8D method.
- Lead root cause investigations and implement corrective actions.
- Update FMEA, inspection/test plans, and risk-mitigating actions.
- Select and evaluate measurement equipment.
- Manage customer-specific quality requirements.
- Support continuous improvement initiatives (KVP).
