Key Responsibilities:

Lead recruitment efforts: strategy, budgeting, sourcing, and coordination with Group HR.

Drive performance management processes and talent development initiatives.

Oversee administrative HR duties and ensure legal/social compliance.

Manage health, safety, and training plans.

Execute the CSR roadmap in alignment with Group policies.
-
Benchmark HR best practices to improve engagement, retention, and productivity.

Provide consistent reporting to both local management and Group HQ.
What We’re Looking For:

Proven experience in a similar HR role across multiple countries. (5+ Years)
-
Degree in Human Resources, Social Sciences, or Law.

Strong analytical, communication, and leadership skills.
-
Fluent in Arabic, French, and English.
-
Mastery of MS Office; AI tools knowledge is a plus.

Solid knowledge of labor law and conflict management.
