Key Responsibilities:

• Accountable for performance and compliance for assigned protocols in KSA, adhering to ICH/GCP and country regulations.
• Proactively drive and track deliverables, timelines, and results for assigned protocols.
• Oversee country and site validations, site selection, and recruitment. Review Monitoring Visit Reports and escalate issues.
• Serve as a primary contact for managing clinical trial execution across phases through III/IV. Liaise with local country Management team and represent GCTO in governance councils.
• Build and maintain professional relationships with investigators and external partners.

Requirements:

•  More than 10 years of experience.
•  Bachelor's degree in science (or comparable).
• Advanced degree (e.g., MD, PhD) is preferred.
• Proficiency in written and spoken English and Arabic.
• Strong organizational and negotiation skills.

Priority Qualifications:

• Saudi Market experience.
• People Management experience (may include line management of GCTO staff).
