Responsibilities:

• Management of a team of 6 technicians
• Define and implement the industrial transfer of new products from the laboratory scale to their industrialization
• Find innovative solutions for the improvement of existing processes as well as for the development of new processes
• Management of R&D projects or industrial projects
• Acquiring the process master data necessary for R&D and industrial projects for process development or improvement
• Technology and patents monitoring

PERSONAL ATTRIBUTES

• Bachelor or Master degree in Chemistry, CTF, Pharmacy, Biology, Biotechnology
• At least 5 years of experience in team management and project development
• Experience in industrial machines:

1. Tableting – monolayer and multilayer, ODT, chewable, swallable,
2. Granulation systems – Ima, Romaco Innojet, Glatt
3. Coating, Sachet fill and closing machines – Marchesini, Ima
4. Secondary packaging machines

• Good knowledge of English
• Availability to travel
