Per azienda cliente leader nel settore occhialeria ricerchiamo un/una R&D Industrialization Process Engineer.

As R&D Process Engineer you will be involved in industrialization and continuous improvement activities related to the production of crystal lenses.

• You do not see problems, you just see solutions
• You love challenges and you take your responsibility seriously
• You got a degree in Mechanical, Chemical or Materials Engineering 
• You have at least 2 years of experience in R&D, Process Engineering and/or continuous improvement activities
• Preferably, you have previous experience in the glass-making process
• You are able to coordinate cross-functional projects aimed at improving processes and solving problems
• You have strong facilitation and communication skills, you are able to present information to all levels of the organization
• You are fluent in Italian and English 
• You are available to move abroad if there's the chance!
