Per azienda cliente leader nel settore occhialeria ricerchiamo un/una R&D Innovation Project Manager.

MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES

•    Feasibility accomplishment (tech specs, timing, cost) for the assigned projects 
•    Proof of concept accomplishment (tech specs, timing, cost) for the assigned projects
•    Ideate new concept and technical solutions
 

PORTRAIT OF A PERFECT CANDIDATE

• You do not see problems, you just see solutions
• You love challenges and you take your responsibility seriously
• You have a Degree in Mechanical, Chemical or Materials Engineering or Science
• You have built an experience of at least 5 years in a similar role
• You have deep technical knowledge in one or more of this field: Material, Chemicals, Coating, Process, Molding.
• You have a good scientific background, able to investigate and deeply study specific topics or issues
• You have experience in managing: project planning, trial scheduling, problem solving, supplier cooperating
• Your strenghts are: perseverance, resilience, autonomy in work and the ability to mentor junior profiles
• You have strong facilitation and communication skills, you are able to present information to all levels of the organization
• You are fluent in Italian and English
• You are available to move abroad if there's the chance!
