Job description:
- Responsible for developing products from the defined technologies such as -Epoxies, Poly urethanes, Silicones in the target segments.
- Responsible for conducting chemical experiments and analysing data results and reactions to other substances and compounds.
- Researches different ways to address the polymers related to un met needs can be applied to business products.
- May participate in special studies and has the experience to handle non-routine samples.
- Utilizes independent judgment within general parameters to determine an appropriate approach for problem solving and product developments as per the Customers back innovation frame work.
- General Laboratory Safe/Good Practices, Universal testing Machines and other Mechanical and Chemical Analysis Instruments such as spectroscopic and Gravimetric Analysis.
