The Role

R&D Senior Specialist

Main duties:

• Management of a research group;
• Managing the operations of the relevant team;
• Development of research projects, with focus on plastics molding;
• Implementation and improvement of managed products pipeline through research activities;
• Study products for new applications;
• Deal with suppliers and customers to define materials to be purchased and project specifications;
• Collaboration with other business functions (especially Quality and Regulatory);
• Direct collaboration with production department for industrialization of products.

Personal Attributes

• 7/8 years of R&D experience in Biomedical field;
• Bachelor's degree in Biomedical or Materials Engineering or related technical disciplines;
• Good knowledge of plastic molding dynamics;
• Good knowledge of the new MDR and ISOs;
• Excellent knowledge of the English language.
