THE ROLE

R&D Senior Specialist

Main duties:

• Development of research projects, with focus on plastics molding;
• Implementation and improvement of managed products pipeline through research activities;
• Study products for new applications;
• Deal with suppliers and customers to define project specifications;
• Collaboration with other business functions (especially Quality and Regulatory);
• Direct collaboration with production department for industrialization of products.

PERSONAL ATTRIBUTES

• 7/8 years of R&D experience in plastic injection and molding ;
• Bachelor's degree in Materials Engineering or related technical disciplines;
• Excellent knowledge of plastic molding dynamics;
• Good knowledge of the English language.
