Work Location: Baoding city, Hebei Province, China

Skills Requirements:
1. Bachelor's degree in Automotive Engineering;
2. At least 10 years of Dakar Rally experience. Prefer experience in both T1 and T2;
3. Proficient in the design and modification of all systems in T2-level race cars;
4. Deep understanding of Dakar Rally rules and technical specifications;
5. Skilled in terrain analysis and race car strategy development;
6. Proficient in vehicle testing, chassis tuning, and vehicle data analysis;
7. Focus on reliability engineering, ensuring stable performance while improving ease of maintenance;
8. Requires full-time commitment to race car research and modification.

Qualifications:
1. Ability to maintain constant contact with Dakar officials and obtain the latest technical updates;
2. Abundant and reliable resources for race-specific parts and machined components.
