Recruiting unit: GWM - Haval

Work location: Beijing - China

Salary : On request and negotiable, depending to the profile and experience - High level

Responsibilities：

1. Plan Haval independent events (event format, competition mechanism, long-term operation mechanism), combining the current domestic industry status and Haval  current situation, gradually implement the company's long-term plan, and formulate a specific implementation roadmap;

2. Business planning for the surrounding industries of the event;

3. Guide the modification of the car (guidance on the input direction of the modification of the car);

Qualifications:

1. Positioning: not limited. Familiar with the competition mechanism and operation mechanism of domestic and foreign field competitions (including cross-country and non-cross-country);

2. Education: bachelor degree or above;

3. Work experience: more than 5 years of work experience in the organization and management of racing events in Nascar;

4. Ability requirements:

Understand the technology and development trend of off-road racing modification (especially field off-road racing);

Understand the form and mode of industry management around the event;

The ability to combine theory with specific practice; (focus on the ability to combine the current domestic market and the specific conditions of Great Wall);

Familiar with resources in the field of competitions and refitted vehicle;
