Our client is a center of operations and management of the mobile networks of the international group
The company works with the main suppliers of the mobile telecom market (Nokia, Huawei, Ericsson) for the deployment of the latest 4G/5G mobile technologies. The company is in full expansion and has tripled its workforce in three years   in the fields of radio, transmission, OSS, and supervision.

The company is a young multicultural company looking for new talent.
Also, in order to strengthen the teams, our client is looking for  of network radio performance optimization engineer within the radio support & optimization department  

YOUR DUTY

The role includes responsibility for a geographic area with the following missions:

•  Drive 2G/3G/4G/5G performance indicators: identify daily performance degradation and initiate corrective or improvement actions;
• Identify local issues (coverage, customer complaints) and improve them;
• Optimize the operation of new sites and technologies;
• Participate in end-to-end service quality improvement plans
• Test and deploy new LTE/5G capabilities;
• Launch massive optimization plans (coverage, neighborhood, configuration).

WHAT YOU BRING
 

• Telecom engineer master degree or significant experience in radio performance optimization.
• strong knowledge of radio access networks;
• experience with Huawei, Nokia or Ericsson performance tools;
• A drive test analysis experience is also a plus.
• KPI analysis: root causes, voice/data 2G/3G/4G/5G
• Understanding of OSS alarms and impact on KPIs
• equipment troubleshouting
• Knowledge of drive test analyses (TEMS Discovery in particular)
• Ability to program, automate recurring tasks
