Hiring: Associates / Senior Associates – Real Estate Practice (Bangalore)

A leading law firm is looking to hire Associates and Senior Associates (3–6 years PQE) for its Real Estate Practice in Bangalore.

What we’re looking for:

• Strong experience in title due diligence and title risk assessment (core requirement)
• Hands-on exposure to real estate transactions – acquisitions, joint development agreements, leasing, and exits
• Ability to independently review land records, trace title, and flag structuring risks
• Experience working on developer-side or lender-side transactions is a plus
• Exposure to real estate-linked disputes / enforcement / regulatory issues will be an added advantage
• Strong drafting skills across transaction documents

Role Highlights:

• Work on end-to-end real estate transactions across the asset lifecycle
• Involvement in complex, high-value deals and advisory mandates
• Exposure to a mix of transactional and risk-mitigation work (including dispute-sensitive matters)
