Our client is a prestigious international law firm, which has been serving multinational and local clients in Bulgaria. This position presents a great opportunity to join one of the most dynamic and entrepreneurial law firms in the region.

As an Attorney at Law you'll work in a multi-national environment, sharing a culture and values that promote professional growth and expertise. Your primary responsibilities will include conducting legal due diligence, providing expert advice on real estate transactions, and offering guidance on a wide range of legal matters related to real estate, including leasing, planning, construction, facility management, property administration, and real estate restructuring.

Main responsibilities:

• Conduct comprehensive legal due diligence on real estate transactions
• Provide expert legal counsel on regulations, leasing, planning, construction, facility management, and property administration
• Collaborate with a dynamic team to support local and global clients on large multinational cross-border projects
• Cultivate excellent interpersonal skills to engage effectively with individuals at all levels
• Display enthusiasm for challenges and opportunities, contributing to your professional growth and career advancement

Desired skills and qualifications:

• A minimum of 5 years of experience practicing Real Estate Law
• Strong knowledge of relevant laws, regulations, and industry practices
• Ability to provide practical solutions to complex legal challenges
• Very good legal research, analytical, and problem-solving skills
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to delivering high-quality work
• Collaborative mindset and ability to work effectively in a team environment
• Fluency in English
• University degree from an accredited international or Bulgarian law school
• Admission to the Bar Association in Bulgaria is a plus
