We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Team Lead to join one of the well known real estate firms in the UAE. The ideal candidate has a proven track record in sales leadership, deep knowledge of the Dubai real estate landscape, and a passion for driving results. Key Responsibilities:
- Lead, motivate, and manage a team of real estate agents to achieve sales targets.
- Provide ongoing coaching, support, and performance feedback to team members.
- Lead from the front with direct client engagement and closing deals
- Oversee the entire sales process—from lead generation to closing deals.
- Maintain a strong pipeline through networking, referrals, and marketing initiatives.
- Stay updated on Dubai’s real estate regulations, market dynamics, and competitive landscape.
- Develop and implement sales strategies aligned with market trends and company goals.
- Collaborate with senior management on pricing strategies and promotional campaigns.
- Prepare and present regular sales reports and forecasts.
Qualifications and Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in a field related to real estate, business, or sales.
- Minimum 4 years of experience in Dubai’s off-plan or premium real estate market
- Minimum of 3–5 years in a leadership or managerial role within the real estate industry.
- Proven track record of closing deals and managing client relationships confidently
- Strong knowledge of Dubai’s property market.
- Customer-centric mindset with a high level of professionalism and integrity.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
