Hours: Full-time, Office Hours (7:00 AM to 7:00 PM, 7.5 hours per day)
Job Summary:
We are currently seeking a dedicated and professional Reception and Administration Assistant for our client based in Chertsey, Surrey. This role is pivotal in providing exceptional customer service and efficient administrative support within a dynamic office environment. The successful candidate will be the first point of contact for visitors and callers, and will play a key role in the smooth running of the office.
Key Responsibilities:
- Efficiently manage all incoming calls, ensuring timely forwarding and message taking.
- Welcome visitors and customers, adhering to security protocols.
- Handle daily mail distribution within the business.
- Address customer and supplier queries effectively.
- Order and maintain office supplies and stationery.
- Process supplier purchase orders and invoices as required.
- Arrange both national and international travel and accommodations.
- Assist the Finance Team with data entry and report preparation.
Essential Skills & Experience:
- Excellent communication abilities.
- Proficiency in general administrative tasks.
- Competency in managing mail and queries.
- Experience in ordering supplies and handling invoices.
- Capability to coordinate travel arrangements.
- Skilled in supporting financial report preparation.
Desirable Skills & Expertise:
- Experience with SAGE 200 is advantageous.
- NVQ/SVQ Level 1 - 4 in Business Administration or Customer Service.
- Strong IT skills, particularly in Microsoft Office.
Qualifications:
- Eligibility for UK SC security clearance.
- GCSEs in Maths & English.
