Job Description
Job Title: Receptionist
Key Responsibilities:
- Greet and welcome clients and visitors with a friendly and professional demeanor.
- Answer phone calls, provide information, and direct inquiries to the appropriate department or individual.
- Maintain a tidy and organized reception area.
- Manage incoming and outgoing mail and packages.
- Schedule and confirm appointments and meetings.
- Assist with basic administrative tasks as needed.
- Ensure security by following the organization's procedures, monitoring the visitor logbook, and issuing visitor badges.
- Collaborate with colleagues to provide administrative support as required.
Qualifications and Skills:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Proven experience as a receptionist or in a similar role is a plus.
- Exceptional customer service and communication skills.
- Proficient in using office software and equipment.
- Well-organized and detail-oriented.
- Ability to handle multiple tasks and remain calm under pressure.
- Professional appearance and attitude.
- Knowledge of office management and basic administrative tasks.
