Manage front desk daily operations by performing variety of administrative clerical tasks including: welcoming visitors, direct them appropriately to the concerned party, delivering
exceptional customer service assistance, advising walk-ins about their inquiries, answering calls and provide an overall welcoming environment and performing ad hoc administrative duties as needed.
● Bachelor Degree in Business Administration
● 2-3 years of relevant experience in an office environment
● Professional use of computer and MS Applications.
● Familiarity using Printer, Fax Machine, etc.
● Fluent written and spoken English and Arabic.
● Excellent Customer Service skills
● Excellent Communication and problem solving skills
● Professional Emailing and Phone Management
● Comfortable multitasking and prioritizing tasks without guidance
