Requirements:

• Education:
  • Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Business Administration, Engineering, Finance, or a related field. A Master’s degree is a plus.
• Experience:
  • Proven 5 years of experience as a recruiter in the oil and gas industry, with a strong focus on technical and finance roles.
  • Demonstrated success in sourcing, interviewing, and hiring high-calibre candidates.
• Skills:
  • Strong understanding of technical and financial roles within the oil and gas industry.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in using recruitment software and Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS).
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
• Certifications:
  • Relevant certifications in HR or Recruitment (e.g., SHRM, PHR) are desirable.
