We are looking for a junior HR professional coming from recruitment background with 2-3 years of experience. You are expected to assist our client in searching and sourcing candidates for Europe market, hence must be very fluent in English. The candidate should be very well versed with search on linked in and various job boards. You will be working on industrial, maintenance, production roles and will be doing preliminary interviews and will be submitting the long list of candidates for detailed screening and interviews. In addition to recruitment you will be responsible to assist the client in scheduling interviews, travel plans, meetings etc.

This role is for 3-6 months period and can be made permanent depending on your performace and business needs.
