*Involved in End-End Recruitment activities

*Sourcing profiles from the different job Portals / Social Media

*Short-listing and scrutinizing the profiles as per the requirements.

*Identifying and scrutinizing professionals through various professionals and social networking sites like LinkedIn, Facebook etc.

*Identify prospective candidates according to skill required.

*Initial Screening of the Profiles Conducting Telephonic Interview with the Candidate (to check availability, communication skills, Project experience, cost and other related factors).

*Follow up with offered candidates to solve any discrepancies and ensure 100% joining ratio.

*Involved in handling candidates grievances during various recruitment activities.
