What you gonna do:
1. Provide recruitment services to all NAT Business Units (Intermodal, Global Forwarding, Managed transportation, and Brokerage.)
2. Responsible for generating synergy with recruitment agencies to meet the requirements of attracting talent.
3. Responsible for generating reports and coordinating external recruitment agencies (invoicing, requirements, interviews with hiring managers, vacancy closing report, references, psychometrics, etc.)
4. Develop and maintain efficient relationships with all NAT hiring managers within required timeframe and assist to obtain all necessary approvals for candidate recruitment.
5. Manage local recruiting reports and update periodically.
6. Administer and gather all information for hiring manager and maintain an efficient database and assist to promote professional image of candidates to appropriate hiring managers.
7. Maintain recruiting expenditure. Evaluate all contracts for resources and ensure effective services and design various strategies to use all workforce resource and assist to manage talent acquisition process for all NAT business.
8. Adhere to best hiring employments practices and procedures. Provide update all recruitment process and design all talent acquisition processes, provide support to performance, and ensure effectiveness of all projects.
9. Provide subject matter expertise in all staffing policies and processes and maintain knowledge on all equal employment opportunity regulations.
10. Implement various strategies and ensure effective implementation of all compensation practices.
11. Maintain knowledge on all industry trends to ensure compliance to all recruitment guidelines to design all performance standards.
12. Determine all recruitment strategies for all executive positions.
13. Coordinate with hire managers to maintain knowledge on all job qualification requirements and assist to schedule all interviews with clients and facilitate compensation negotiation for all employers.
14. Maintain all direct hire relationship and design new strategies to obtain more candidates from all networks and perform all recruitment in compliance to all legal regulations.
15. Analyze all potential applicants and maintain contact over phone call and maintain record of all applicants and prepare all new job orders.
16. Evaluate all references for candidates on past work, apply the psychometric evaluations to all candidates and sending a summary of the results to the hiring manager for their understanding and analysis.
17. Support the human resources area in the planning of Events and activities for all NAT business units.
What you have to know:
Fluency in oral and written English is a must.
+4 years bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
+4 years of recruiting experience preferred.
Working knowledge of applicant tracking and HRIS systems
Ability to manage a wide range of relationships with a variety of VP´s and Directors.
Proficient in Microsoft Office
Working knowledge of interview techniques and applicant screening methods
Deep understanding of employment laws and regulations
Familiar with a wide variety of sourcing avenues
Information:
Location: Monterrey-Obispado
Working hours: L-V 8.00am to 5.00 pm
Requires travel: Yes- occasionally.
