Role details:

• Title / Designation: Research Associate / Associate Consultant
• Reporting to: Team Lead
• Location: Cathedral road, Chennai
• Experience: 1 - 3yrs (Freshers would be considered for Research Associate role)

Role & responsibilities:

• Responsible for all aspects of sourcing potential IT professional to fill technical positions
• Actively reach out to prospective candidates/ passive candidates
• Screen candidates matching the requirements
• Advert job post at careers page, social media, job boards etc.
• Research, refurbish the market information
• Must have the ability and knowledge in handling candidate and client objections.
• Build client relationship.
• Good at negotiation

Candidate's preference:

• Any Bachelor's degree
• Proven work experience of 1 -3 yrs as Recruiter
• Fluency in English language, MS office skills
