Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute innovative recruiting strategies to source the best talent, including the use of social media platforms to promote open positions and engage with potential candidates.
- Conduct thorough candidate searches using a variety of methods such as social media platforms, networking events, job fairs, and databases to build a robust pipeline of candidates.
- Utilize Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) efficiently to track and manage candidate progress throughout the recruitment process.
- Screen resumes and applications, conduct initial interviews, and evaluate applicants’ knowledge, skills, experience, and suitability for the role.
- Maintain active communication with hiring managers to understand departmental hiring needs and craft effective recruitment strategies accordingly.
- Provide a shortlist of qualified candidates to hiring managers, coordinate interview arrangements, and participate in the selection process.
- Manage all candidate communication from initial contact through to the offer stage, ensuring a seamless and positive recruitment experience.
- Negotiate salaries and benefits packages on behalf of the company, in line with budgetary constraints and market rates.
- Keep up-to-date with the latest recruiting trends, best practices, and technologies, including advancements in social media recruiting.
- Ensure all recruiting activities comply with local employment laws and regulations, as well as company policies.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 3-5 years of proven experience as a Recruiter, with significant expertise in using Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and social media platforms for recruitment.
- Bilingual (Arabic and English) is a must
