Role details:

• Title / Designation:      Research Associate / Recruiter
• Reporting to:               Team Lead
• Location:                     Cathedral Road, Chennai
• Relevant experience: 0 - 1 year

 Role & responsibilities:

• Creating a database of qualified candidates (including passive ones), on an ongoing basis
• Sourcing or mapping existing or prospective candidates for opportunities with clients in the IT, BFSI, Healthcare and other industries
• Advertising job post at careers page, social media, job boards etc.
• Screening candidates for skills, competencies and attributes, relevant to the roles to be sourced for
• Research and continuously update market information, related to hiring specialisation
• Handling candidate and client queries, objections, requests for clarification and more, based on knowledge and persuasive skills
• Build client relationships

Candidate requirements:

• Relevant experience of 0-1 year
• Any Bachelor's degree
• Fluency in English language, MS office skills
