They must have a good network of candidates gathered in their 3 to 5 years of experience. This person will also be involved in employer branding (job fairs presence or other events – so physical presence is important, that’s why they can’t consider full remote).They prefer labour contract, but they might take into consideration B2B – depends on the candidate and how the discussions go
What will you do?
- You will handle end-to-end recruitment projects;
- You will advise our hiring managers on talent acquisition and come up with innovative recruitment approaches;
- You will conduct internal referral processes;
- You will manage different recruitment databases and tools;
- You will provide various statistics and recommendations related to recruitment trends and challenges;
- You will deal with social media and job portals communication for recruitment matters (LinkedIN, Ejobs, Bestjobs, Hipo, ATS).
What are we looking for?
- Professional recruiting experience between 3 and 5 years’ experience in recruitment (HR) within multinational organizations and/or recruitment agencies;
- You must be able to communicate in an effective manner with different types of people and adapt to new and challenging situations;
- You must like networking;
- You must be able to communicate effectively in English (any other language would be a significant plus);
- You should possess excellent project management and time management skills;
- You must be creative and a problem solver;
- You must have experience with direct search.
