Antal is a global recruitment company, which has been operating in the CIS markets already for almost 30 years. Our Almaty office opened in 2009 and ever since we have been providing recruitment and outstaffing services to our international and national clients. We have a great team of industry and discipline experts from which you can learn a lot. As the office is growing and we are not yet covering all disciplines, we are looking for new people to join our team.
The Position
The work of our consultants includes dealing with clients (companies) and candidates. You will become an expert in your recruiting discipline (accountancy, sales, marketing, etc.) by meeting the best and most interesting professionals of the Kazakh market as well as meeting some of the leading global companies that are recruiting your candidates. At exhibitions and conferences you will participate and find new clients and talent for Antal. Responsibilities

Qualifications
- 2-3 years work experience after finishing education
- Result oriented and a good communicator
- Independently motivated
