Job Description
Recruitment Administrator
Temp to Perm role for the right person
£12.00 per hour (36 hours per week) (£20,000 - £24,000)
Duties include and not limited to:
- Clarifying/processing the Interview Invitations, Offer Letters, Reference Requests & Regret Letters
- Following through with references
- Following through with candidates and confirming if they are still attending their interviews
- Communicating efficiently with clients (especially if referee information is missing on a candidate's application form)
- Pass on completed references to the appropriate client and checking the reference for any missing information
- Pass on interview invitation and offer letter responses to the client
- Make certain client records are updated
- Make certain that accurate records are maintained
Must Haves for the role:
- Minimum GCSE Maths & English Grade C or equivalent
- Experience in working in a busy office
- Meticulous attention to detail
- Excellent command of the English Language (Verbal & Written)
- Proficient using MS Office packages
- Problem solver
- Team player
Nice to haves:
- Recruitment experience (desired but not essential)
- Experience using ATS or similar packages
