Responsibilities
1) Recruitment processes management for all vacancies within Dedicated Account:
• Gathering requirements/JD / Procedure info from Internal client
• Coordinating all processes between Recruitment and Delivery for closing vacancies
• Candidates Pipeline management (daily/weekly reports for controlling the new incoming candidates into the process;
• Analyzing and solving all problems for closing vacancies in time (mismatch SE with requirements, lack of interviewers, too long processing procedure, processing delays on internal client side)
• informing all involved parts about closing vacancies and new employees
• Escalating all risks of not closing vacancies
2) Work with internal client (Delivery on the client side/ PMs and technical interviewers) and external client:
• Status calls with clients / Visit clients
• Recruitment capacity consulting (Providing all information about market capacity and candidates salary expectations)
• Status Reports
3) Planning Yearly/Monthly hiring needs with Project Manager
4) Recruitment forecasting (monthly base
8) Working with vacancies/candidates in case of lack of recruiters capacity
