Responsibilities:

• Understand and articulate job requirements received from client companies.

• Source potential candidates from various online platforms such as LinkedIn, Naukri, Google, etc.,    and offline sources.

• Initiate contact with candidates to provide job information and gather relevant details.

• Coordinate and schedule interviews between Shortlisted candidates and client companies.

• Take end-to-end responsibility, from sourcing profiles to onboarding successful candidates.

• Maintain and nurture strong professional relationships with both candidates and client companies.

Qualifications and Attributes:

• MBA/M.com/M.A./B.com/B.A.

• Must be interested in the recruitment process

• Good written and verbal communication skills.

• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.

• Self-motivated and able to work independently, while also being a valuable team player.

Benefits:

• Stipend Rs.3000/-PM for the initial 2 months.

•  Salary in the range of Rs. 1.05 to 1.25 Lacs PA for permanent positions.

• Working hours- (9.30 am – 6.30 pm)

• 5 Days working

• Hybrid Work model (3 days office, 2 days WFH)
