Recruitment Consultant Internship

Role - Recruitment Consultant

Location- Pimple Saudagar Pune

Work model- Hybrid

5 days working

Flexible working hours during the internship

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Sourcing and recruiting candidates through various job portals, social media, head-hunting
2. Screen candidates; resumes and job applications.
3. Work on calling and lining up candidates
4. Schedule interviews of the shortlisted candidates with the client
5. Act as a point of contact and build a relationship with the client
6. Act as a point of contact and build influential candidate relationships during the selection process
