Role details:

• Title: Recruitment Consultant / Senior Recruitment Consultant
• Reporting to: Team Lead
• Location: Chennai

Role & responsibilities:

• Understand and calibrate job descriptions
• Drill down on criteria for search / headhunt, pre-screening, screening, interviewing, shortlisting and presnting well-described profiles of candidates, mapping to client company profile, responsibilities of the role-holder and eligibility & qualification criteria
• Candidate retention through the hiring cycle, driven by candidate experience
• Seamless client interface
• Offer enablement
• Ownership of post-offer processes until completion of candidate induction and onboarding at client site 

Candidate requirements:

• Graduation
• 1-4 years of work experience, preferably in talent acquisition / talent management
• Reasonable communication skills
• Ability to understand, process, analyse and present relevant data
• Must be both thinker and doer
