Recruitment Consultant – Engineering & Operations Division

For the growth of the Engineering & Operations Division in our Milan branch we are looking for a Recruitment Consultant

Main activities:

- New business development

- Existing client relationship management

- Recruiting, search & selection, head hunting activity

- One to one interviews

- Reporting and back office activity

The Recruitment Consultant will be involved in local and international assignments, so is required a good knowledge of English.

We are looking for a positive and proactive person, business oriented and able to deliver a high and qualitative level of service to our candidates and clients.

Main requirements:
- Degree

- One to two years of experience in recruitment or in B2B sales (services)

- Passionate, dynamic, goal-oriented and fast learner

- Entrepreneurial attitude

- Team player with ability to work on several projects

- Very good English
