Role: Recruitment Consultant
Reporting to: Managing Partner
Location: Century City, Cape Town

- Client Acquisition and Business Development:
- Identify and approach potential clients to understand their recruitment needs.
- Develop and maintain relationships with key decision-makers at client organizations.
- Generate new business through cold calling, networking, and other business development strategies.
- Candidate Sourcing and Assessment:
- Utilize various sourcing methods, including job boards, social media, and networking, to identify and attract candidates.
- Screen and assess candidates through interviews, skills testing, and reference checks.
- Build a talent pool of qualified candidates for current and future opportunities.
- End-to-End Recruitment Process:
- Manage the entire recruitment lifecycle, from initial client engagement to job offer and placement.
- Negotiate terms and conditions of placements with clients and candidates.
- Provide guidance and support to candidates throughout the recruitment process.
- Market Research and Industry Knowledge:
- Stay updated on industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities.
- Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities and stay informed about changes in the job market.
- Maintain Compliance:
- Ensure compliance with relevant employment laws and regulations.
- Keep accurate and up-to-date records of all recruitment activities.
- Grade 12.
- Tertiary qualification preferred.
- 12months + IT recruitment experience in a 360 role in an agency environment.
