The Job:

As a recruitment consultant you will be identifying the top candidates in your discipline and find them new job opportunities in the leading local and international companies operating in Kazakhstan. It will be you who will shape the careers of local and international candidates both in Almaty&Astana as well as in the regions. The day to day job will include:

• Writing job ads and researching the market for new job opportunities
• Setting up meetings with decision makers who are hiring 
• Meeting candidates in order to establish their career plans
• Introducing your best candidates to your clients
• Working on international assignments where projects are referred from other Antal offices or vice versa
• Being in touch with your global colleagues in order to share best practise
• Communicate in different languages
• Building your discipline (Accountancy, IT, Supply Chain, etc.)

The Person:

We hire for attitude not for experience as our training and induction programme is very solid and you will be working some of the best recruiters in town. If you have a background in Sales, Finance, HR, Recruitment or other and would like to move to something new, you should consider a career in recruitment.
